  Very helpful! Came in with no appointment at 4:30 needing my passenger side window fixed. It wouldn't roll back up as the auto switch broke again. I had it fixed once with a used part, obviously wrong choice. Kreations was very accommodating as they offered to tape up the window on the spot, although they appeared to have a high work load still for that afternoon. I waited about 10 min for the tape, all the while another employee ordered me the new part and made me an appointment for a few days later. Friendly customer service was much appreciated when dealing with the annoyance of another fix to my car.
